The rubble from a burnt out building during WW1 (~1916). This is opposite the "old buttery nursery" on the High St (just visible on the right.)

Here you can see how the church porch looked before Rev Watkins came in 1896. The windows were completely rendered over.

This is the village "fire engine." It was kept in the church porch in the late 19th Century when the church was effectively closed down

This nativity play was held in the old church hall on Church St. around 1920. The plaque on the wall has now been moved to the Octagon behind the parish church.
