The last two thatched cottages where the fish van npow stands on a Thursday where demolished in the early seventies, I think the rest disappeared far earlier.

Believe it or not - this is the High St. On the right is where the post office is now. The Black Lion and associated cottages were demolished in 1970's. As far as I can see not one of these buildings remain today. I'd guess the date as 1890s.
